By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use the App.

1. Apple HealthKit Data Protection (Strict Compliance)

Our App integrates with Apple HealthKit (via the Health App) to dynamically track your physical metrics, such as step counts, heart rate, and active energy, to provide personalized wellness insights.

  • No Commercial Exploitation: We strictly abide by Apple App Store Review Guidelines 5.1.1 and 5.1.3. We will never use information gained through the HealthKit framework for advertising, marketing, or similar behavioral tracking services.
  • No Data Brokerage: We will never sell, rent, or disclose information gained through HealthKit to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
  • Data Isolation: Depending on your chosen settings, your HealthKit data is either processed entirely on-device or transmitted using secure end-to-end encryption (HTTPS) to our production servers solely to sync your personal historical dashboard. It is never shared with third parties without your explicit, affirmative consent.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is mechanically necessary to deliver your personalized fitness experience.

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Credentials: When you register, we collect your email address and password. If you sign up using a third-party social login (such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In), we receive authentication tokens and public profile data (like your name and email) permitted by that provider.
  • Profile Data: Voluntarily provided metrics such as age, gender, height, initial weight, and personal fitness goals to calibrate your wellness plans.

B. Fitness and Health Data

  • Synced Device Metrics: Step count, heart rate, activity levels, and workout history synced via Apple HealthKit.
  • Manual Logs: Water intake, weight tracking, and meals logged voluntarily within the interface.

C. Technical & Usage Data (Third-Party Services)

  • Performance Diagnostics: Crash logs and performance metadata collected via secure SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics) to fix bugs and minimize downtime.
  • Payment Data: All digital subscriptions and in-app purchases are securely processed natively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not collect or store your credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to maintain, improve, and power your user experience:

  • To populate your daily fitness dashboard and visualize tracking charts.
  • To authenticate your identity securely across devices using social logins.
  • To troubleshoot backend performance and eliminate broken features.
  • To comply with legal obligations or enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information under the following narrow conditions:

  • With Secure Infrastructure Partners: Cloud database providers (such as our production database) that host our encrypted application data under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Protections: If required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation.

5. Security of Your Data

We implement rigorous technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information. All communications between the App and our backend infrastructure utilize secure HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.3). However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. User Control & Data Deletion Rights

We believe you own your data. You have full visibility and control over what you share:

  • HealthKit Permissions: You can modify or completely revoke the App’s access to Apple HealthKit at any time directly within your iPhone’s system settings (Settings > Privacy > Health).
  • Account Deletion: You can fully delete your account and remove all associated data from our servers at any time. To do so, navigate to the Account Settings tab within the App and select “Delete Account.” Alternatively, you can request full erasure by emailing us at [email protected]

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect functional updates or regulatory changes. We will notify you of any modifications by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top.
